Like the seven-foot-high super weeds that evolve to dominate pest-resistant fields, the food industry demonstrates increasing cleverness to get a word in at every opportunistic turn. They would have us believe that the creators of the problem are also part of the solution, an obvious conflict of logic.<br /><br />Thank you for your (and Marion's) thoughtful reading between the lines and calling attention to the inbred hypocrisy that is becoming an increasing, and troubling, trait.
